We value our alliance carriers and want to reward you for your good service and work with our team. The Werner Logistics Rewards Program allows you to earn rewards that help you with your business.
To achieve rewards, you must meet a certain score threshold each quarter. See our Rewards Scorecard for more information.
CARRIER REWARDS PROGRAM

1. Fuel Discount Program (Platinum – Bronze)
Werner Logistics has collaborated with WEX to bring our alliance carriers a best-in-class fuel discount program. The Werner fuel card offers discounts at thousands of fuel stops. The WEX app also makes it easy to plan fuel stops on your route to capitalize on the best net fuel costs available!

2. Free Quick Pay (Platinum and Gold)
For our Gold and Platinum level carriers, Werner offers free quick pay. Payments are made on the 5th business day after receipt of your invoice. Funds are available via ACH* (Canadian Carriers will be paid via Check). To find out if you are eligible for this program, please contact [email protected].
3. Truck Purchase Program (Platinum – Bronze)
Werner Fleet Sales offers a one-time discount on a used tractor purchase for all level carriers. Please contact Nick Sisson at [email protected] (402-651-6958 x 1004432).

4. Truck Lease Program

Rewards Scorecard
To determine rewards tier, scores are calculated quarterly. To maintain your rewards status, carriers are required to maintain this level each quarter. However, since we are starting this program late Q3 2022, your current status will remain thru the end of Q4 2022.

As a PowerLink service provider, you qualify for our largest fuel discounts from day one! Other benefits are achieved based on time served per the chart below.
*Eligibility is also dependent on service metrics tracked by the Power Link operations team. These include real time updates via JOT form, on time delivery, etc.

2. POWERLINK FREE QUICK PAY
For our PowerLink carriers, Werner offers free quick pay. PowerLink carriers will be eligible after 180 days of consecutive service.
Payments are made on the 5th business day after receipt of your invoice. Funds are available via ACH* (Canadian Carriers will be paid via Check). To find out if you are eligible for this program as a PowerLink carrier, please contact [email protected]

4. Access to Werner terminals
Platinum level power link carriers are allowed overnight parking, and the use of shower and laundry facilities. (Must contact Mary Albright to be approved/added prior to terminal entry: 402-894-3401)

Free Quick Pay
For our Platinum and Gold Carriers interested in Free Quick Pay, funds are available via ACH* (Canadian Carriers only via Check). This does not include our Advance Pay program.
Payment will be made on the 5th day after delivery. On submitting invoices for Quick Pay, you will need to email [email protected]
Once we have your completed Quick Pay documents from you, including the ACH authorization form with the voided/canceled check, it will take eight days to validate your banking information and get the ACH payments set up. You can start submitting your invoices to [email protected] after we have received your letter of release and your ACH authorization, including the voided check. The invoices will be held until the eighth day bank validation has been completed if needed.
To take advantage of this program, please email us and let us know you would like to be moved to the free Quick Pay program.
For Carriers using a Factoring Company
You will be required to cancel your factoring company and get a letter of release to gain the benefits of our free quick pay. In most cases, this means completely canceling your contract with the factoring company. Most will not allow you to cancel for one customer, Werner in this case.
It would be best if your factoring company can generate a letter of release based on a service date. If they can’t and all invoices need to be paid before they will issue a letter of release, please reach out to us to discuss your options.
