Mexico & Canada

- 24/7 Cross Border Support. Cross-border Briefing Team provides assistance with customs documents and pre-clearing.
- On-premise Support. Recent terminal expansion and cross-dock presence in Laredo, TX, the largest US border port, provide cross-border support, maintenance and services.
Temperature-Controlled
Our temperature-controlled trailers can be used for a variety of over-the-road (OTR) hauls, including regional, expedited, dedicated, long-haul, LTL, intermodal and international.
- No Touch Freight. 70% of temperature-controlled freight is drop and hook.
- Minimal Stops. Limit the number of multi-stop deliveries; multiple product types included in deliveries to limit seasonality.
- Flexibility. Solo and team driver options.
- Equipment. Access to new temperature-controlled equipment, with an average age of under 3 years.
Flatbed
The Flatbed service is the original service offering of Werner Enterprises, starting back in 1956 with one flatbed truck and trailer. Our growing fleet of flatbed trucks and trailers equips our drivers for success with chains, binders, straps and a full set of tarps to properly secure products for delivery.
ECM and Baylor Trucking
- ECM: Werner acquired elite regional truckload carriers, ECM Transport Group, in July of 2021, which expanded the company’s terminal, fleet and driver footprint in the Mid-Atlantic, Ohio and Northeast regions.
- Baylor: Werner acquired premier truckload carrier, Baylor Trucking, Inc., in October of 2022, which expanded the company’s terminal, fleet and professional driver footprint in the east central and south central U.S. truckload markets. This included the addition of 234+ highly skilled, tenured and professional drivers.
