Average First-Year Compensation Benefits
Driver Average Pay: $52,000 – $55,000
Assistant Average Pay: $43,000 – $45,000
As part of a 2-person team, you bring furnishings to homes, deliver, set up, assemble, demonstrate features, and remove packaging while providing exceptional customer service to customers.
Assist driver in navigating to deliver to customers. Call customers to alert them of the visit. Help the driver when backing up to make sure there are no obstacles. Keep cargo space in the truck organized and debris free.

Driver Minimum Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older and have a valid drivers license
- Must have an acceptable professional driver record
- Must meet all DOT qualifications and pass a DOT physical
- Minimum 12 months experience driving a 24-26 foot box or cargo van
- Have 12 months previous delivery of furniture or appliances/moving company preferred but not required
Assistant Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Speak English and communicate by phone
- Able to perform the essential functions of the job
- Pass a pre-employment physical
- Have 12 months previously delivery of furniture or appliances/moving company preferred but not required
