The average salary for our drivers is $75,000+ annually, with top performers earning $90,000+. We also provide new drivers with top-of-the-line, brand-new equipment.
Team Driver Pay
Our team drivers each earn $71,000-$86,500+ annually. Team Elite drivers, meaning those with at least 9 months of teaming experience, earn $108,000+.
Incentives & Bonuses
Werner drivers have guaranteed weekly pay of up to $1,600 on select accounts across the country. We also provide up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in weekly increments on select accounts.
