Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives

Our team is committed to creating an inclusive culture where every associate feels empowered to bring their whole self to Werner. Our diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives have four main goals.

Associate Resource Groups

We proudly support 10+ Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) at Werner. These groups bring together individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives, continuing our commitment to promoting an inclusive culture.

All Werner associates are invited to join one or more ARGs to strengthen their sense of belonging and create meaningful connections within the Werner community. Today, we have more than 1,150 ARG members, and all senior executives are members of at least one group.
