Franklin's Fleet Manager, Doug Hulett says, “Frank has constantly put his foot forward, when I told him I needed a driver that could go to Canada, when he went home he got his birth certificate so he could help out. When I told him it would be helpful if he had hazmat on his CDL, he went home and applied and then got his hazmat. Whenever I tell Frank we need something, he does his best to do it with no complaint, just does it cause it is better for the company. Frank is consistent in all area's.
