Million Mile Clubs
Werner Enterprises recognizes professionalism and the fact that driving One Million Miles accident free is not a matter of luck. It takes a great deal of perseverance, hard work, and dedication to attain such an accomplishment. Werner Enterprises has over 600 drivers that have driven One Million Miles accident free. These professional drivers take pride each day striving to be the safest drivers on the road.
Drivers of the Month
Each month Werner Enterprises recognizes three Company Drivers as Driver of the Month. Our Fleet Supervisors and Dedicated Managers nominate a set number of drivers from their row with the assistance of their Fleet Managers. The nominations are reviewed by a committee and the top three most qualified drivers are chosen as Driver of the Month. Each Driver of the Month is awarded a $500.00 NET bonus, decals for their truck, a certificate honoring them as Driver of the Month, and their name is placed on the historical plaques in all of our terminals. Each driver that is nominated but not chosen will receive a $50.00 gift certificate to the Werner Company Store.
New Driver of the Month
Each month Werner Enterprises recognizes one Company Driver as New Driver of the Month. These drivers are within their first 90 days of employment who have displayed outstanding characteristics. Our Fleet Supervisors and Dedicated Managers nominate a set number of drivers from their row with the assistance of their Fleet Managers. The nominations are reviewed by a committee and the most qualified driver is chosen as New Driver of the Month. Each New Driver of the Month is awarded a $500.00 NET bonus, and a certificate honoring them as New Driver of the Month. Each driver that is nominated but not chosen will receive a $50.00 gift certificate to the Werner Company Store.
Trainer of the Month
Each month Werner Enterprises recognizes one Company or Owner Operator Trainer as Trainer of the Month. Our Fleet Supervisors, Dedicated Managers, and Student Driver Managers nominate a set number of drivers from their row with the assistance of their Fleet Managers. The nominations are reviewed by a committee and the most qualified trainer is chosen as Trainer of the Month. Each Trainer of the Month is awarded a $500.00 NET bonus, decals for their truck, a certificate honoring them as Trainer of the Month, and their name is placed on the historical plaques in all of our terminals. Each driver that is nominated but not chosen will receive a $50.00 gift certificate to the Werner Company Store.
Owner Operator of the Month
Each month Werner Enterprises recognizes one Owner Operator as Owner Operator of the Month. Our Fleet Supervisors and Dedicated Managers nominate a set number of drivers from their row with the assistance of their Fleet Managers.
