Werner Enterprises recognizes the vital role of education to associates and the Company. Therefore, the purpose of the Tuition Reimbursement Program is to encourage associates to acquire additional education and training in order to enhance their career development at Werner Enterprises.
If you are a Werner Enterprises or subsidiary, full-time, salaried or hourly, non-driver associate with six months of continuous service and an acceptable performance and attendance record, you are eligible to participate in the Tuition Reimbursement Program.
Eligible participants may receive assistance through the Tuition Reimbursement program each calendar year (excluding books and fees).
Associates will receive 85% reimbursement of up to $2,500 of eligible tuition costs. The maximum reimbursement amount per calendar year is $2,125.
