Tuition Reimbursement

  • Eligible for Full-Time non-driver employees.
  • Werner will reimburse 100% of the approved costs upon successful completion.

Eligibility

If you are a full-time, salaried or hourly non-driver employee who has completed six (6) months of continuous service, you will be eligible to participate in the tuition reimbursement program. To be eligible for the Tuition Reimbursement program: All classes must be work-related and approved by the immediate supervisor and Human Resources.

All classes must be approved before the class begins (tuition reimbursement application forms are available in Human Resources).

Tuition reimbursement will be provided if the following is returned to Human Resources:

  • A report card showing successful completion of the class with a grade of "C" or above.
  • A receipt for the tuition paid.

Reimbursement Amount

Eligible participants may receive a reimbursement of up to $1,250 each calendar year (excluding fees).
