Our current customer was shifting manufacturing facilities from U.S. to Mexico and faced new challenges including a lengthened supply chain to and from Mexico, international multi-mode transportation and cost-prohibiting distribution channels. This expansion created fluctuating order patterns from U.S. distribution centers, thus capacity requirements varied significantly. The customer had few reliable logistics providers in Mexico and limited visibility throughout the supply chain.
